"This office is great! They always pick up the phone no matter how busy they are, they spend a lot of time making sure to track down answers if needed, for example, I had a particularly odd billing situation which ended up needing to be cleared up at the corporate headquarters. It took several days of phone calls, hours of work on their end and three days to finally figure out the problem and rectify it. Every day I would receive a status phone call so I never felt forgotten…true professionalism at its best and I am forever grateful for their help. I work with another State Farm office in a different city and the experience is much different. I’m very happy and would highly recommend this team for any or all your Insurance needs."

"Gabby for the WIN! Thought I forgot to renew my insurance and was paying super late. Gabby eased my worries and let me know I still had time. Went to pay over the phone through automated AI, like I’ve done for years, but I’ve lost my touch. Redirected to an agent and guess who renews my insurance? Gabby! "No loyalty at all. Was with them for 17 years, 0 claims for 15 of those years, we made 2 claims 11 months apart and they lowball sent us what would only fix 10% of the cost from storm damage, then dropped us without even paying out that. If you want to be cheated you can pick these snakes."

Your deductible also comes into play, so if your covered damage doesn't exceed that amount, that would result in a zero payout.
