"Agent Sarah Hollins has done a stellar job for us as we move from Michigan to Greensboro. Granted, customers must make their own decisions about coverage but I would encourage her to be a bit more proactive with offering advice upon request (How large an umbrella policy do I really need?) "There are so many things to get done when moving out of state. When we got to NC I visited a local State Farm office and was introduced to Sarah. She quickly got a new home insurance policy together for us for a home we were purchasing. Fast forward to this week. I needed to move all of my policies from Alabama to North Carolina. A quick call to Sarah got this project into motion. She was great. All of our policies were ready to go in no time. She communicated via text (my preference) to me throughout the process ensuring that I was comfortable with the policies and pricing. Sarah has now gotten our homeowners, auto, horse trailer, personal articles, and personal policies all set. We have been State Farm customers for years and will continue to be with Sarah in NC!
