"I was referred by a colleague to State Farm to get a quote as my current insurance rate increased significantly. I spoke with Gabby. From the first conversation, she was warm, friendly and I could hear her smile radiating through the phone. She made me feel at ease and had a beautiful spirit. I gave her the information from my current policy, she compared and quoted me a cheaper rate. I called another company just to compare and State Farm was by far offered the best rate! NC insurance is insane and has crazy rates, so was happy to be able to reduce my monthly payment by over $200! Gabby gave me all the information I needed, emailed and sent text messages to get me started. I appreciate that she had several communication methods. I feel like any time I need her assistance she is only a call or text away. I would definitely recommend Gabby to anyone I know. She was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. Made me feel like back when insurance agents knew you and your family personally and did what was best and not just what made money. You don’t get that type of customer service very often these days! "Dimerc is such an incredible person to work with. I’ve had to call several different times for various things such as a quote for my daughter getting added, windshield repair, premium changes and claims. Each time Dimerc has been friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to get the information I need. She set follow up calls up over a course of a month as we were adjusting some things and waiting for things to move through the system. She’d call with an update every single week until it was resolved. She’s by far a huge asset at Ashley Collins and I’m so glad we have her!"
