"We are relative new to North Carolina and chose Ashley Collins for our agent. Who would have thought we would need her help so soon? She got our cabin in the mountains insured as well as getting a policy with the FEMA flood insurance. When Helene came through it flooded our cabin. Ashley handled all the complicated processes of filing our claims and had adjusters from both agencies scheduled right away. State Farm and FEMA worked together to be sure all covered items by each company was filed. Without Ashley our FEMA Flood would still be incomplete but she got in all handled without any headaches for us. State Farm is good but having Ashley who worked so personably and professionally makes her agency shine!"
